Info & Exchanges
Unless otherwise noted all orders ship between 7-10 business days via USPS first class mail. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses entered during checkout. No modifications to sizing or shipping can be made after orders are in queue and processing.
Shipping confirmations including tracking numbers are emailed when orders have been shipped.
DiggsKid, LLC cannot be responsible for any shipping delays caused by unpredictable weather, natural disasters or general delays within the corporate USPS system. Additionally, DiggsKid is not responsible for any lost or stolen shipments or packages.
We do not accept returns only exchanges. Additionally, we do no process cancellations under any circumstances. If you receive an item and the sizing is not perfect for you we are happy to exchange it for the right size; providing it is in stock. If your item is not in stock we will exchange it for another item of equal or lesser value.
We gladly accept exchanges only within 16 days of shipping. Exchanges must be received in their original, unworn, and unused condition. All exchanges must be exchanged by the purchaser and the original order number must be provided, along with the reason for the exchange. Please note: you will be responsible for all return shipping fees if you choose to return it to us unless the items are damaged, defective or incorrect upon arrival. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
1. Complete an exchange form and include it with the merchandise being returned. Please note that any exchange received after the 14 day grace period will be returned. Click here for Exchange Form. No exchanges will be accepted without an exchange form. Any worn or altered merchandise will be returned to the sender.
2. Please do not wait until a restock has been announced to request an exchange. Under no circumstances do we "reserve" or "hold" items for future exchanges. We suggest sending the item in as soon as possible to receive the fastest exchange.
Once we receive your exchange request, an exchange will be issued within 7-14 business days if the item is in stock. If the item is sold out the exchange will be processed when the item restocked.
